Returns

Changed your mind or the product wasn’t quite what you expected? No worries! 🤍

You can request a return as long as the item is not customized or personalized and meets our return conditions.

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made especially for you.

Customized Orders

For orders that include customized or personalized items, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the order.

If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, that’s absolutely fine too!

Once a customized order is confirmed and the customization process has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
